"My research accepts the idea that a large part of reality is not linear, but chaotic, upsetting the static nature of elements of the contemporary home environment. We live in a society where everything has become precarious. Relationships and needs have changed due to virtual connectivity. Domestic objects, such as ceramics have to evolve as anything in nature in order to survive this change. They are no longer an immutable, static or solid presence in the house. They expand, seeking a new balance and meanings like an organism in nature."
